This was really something, actually one of the best ones I've seen. I really like how the water drips and is exactly in sink with the picture, I also really like the expression on the woman face it plays out different role. The butterflies make this even more unbelievable , the only thing I see that needed more work was the neck a bit. I'm not one to speak though because I am still a beginner myself but I really like this!! It has potential! You should really keep on making stuff like this because you really have some talent here.Beautiful! Pretty!!

It's amazing! I love how you blended the colors together and made it look so..so..AWESOME!
Fabulous job! <3
She looks so serious and wonderful. You should think about selling your artwork so that people can hang this amazingness up in their house and such. The shading with the pinks and the lips looks really cool! I love her eyes and how they looks sparkly like the night sky! Is she like a maiden of some enchanted forest? Well, that's where I envision her to be. I hope you do tons of other amazing watercolor paintings! Keep up the amazing work!

circa l'(immagine)

It is the haunting look in her eyes that drawns me in the psychology of the moment. There is intense inner drama. What is this new place? What do I need to anticipate? The butterfly planted on her plump lips suggest a secret. What can't she tell? The viewer cares for the subject in this painting. What did she see? The composition is excellent. I wish I had something to complain about this artwork, but I don't. It is a masterpiece. The lines behind her head suggest twigs making her appear as a deer. Is she a deer in the headlights or a virgin to be sacrificed for a pagan ritual?

Right of the bat, I’d like to say how gorgeous this is! Utterly gorgeous! The choice of colours, from the splatters, skin tones, butterflies, lips and eyes, they all compliment each-other spectacularly, and the peace forms a well crafted tapestry of emotion and wonder. I think personally, my favourite section/s of this piece is definitely the lips and around the eyes – perfect colour selection, and such a lovely way of portraying shadows! Oh, and the intricate details put into the butterfly wings!

There’s not a lot that I think can be improved on. For that matter, I don’t think there’s anything that needs improving or changing, either. This is just me being overly critical (READ: nit-picking), so you can ignore it if ya’ want (caution: I’m about to ramble because I wasn’t exactly sure how to describe it):
The area directly below the chin seems a bit cut off. Now, I’m probably misinterpreting it (it may be just a splotch of colour), but from the form, I’m assuming it’s the subject’s neck. While I’m fascinated by the transition from the heavy, darker colour, to the very pale, lighter, it seems that there’s no blending into the chin – it seems like there’s the face, with its defined shape, stuck directly on-top of the neck. If you look to the right-hand cheek, you’ve used the same soft colour as the neck (which is a great effect), I just believe you needed to continue to blend the dark-shadow (especially the edge of it), into the more washed-out area.

That aside, I just cannot get over your choice of colours, and the emotions that I feel looking at this piece – the technique and style bring it home, too! Honestly, wonderful job! I’d love to see it in person!

This is a truly gorgeous piece. There's just so much beauty and symbolism. First of all, I love your choice of color and I love that you chose to do only part of her face and have the butterflies all around.
I am a little curious about the paint splotches on the left and right of her eyes... I think those might be a bit excessive, but in a way they also add to what makes the picture interesting. It's a very cool fragmented image.
My favorite part is her mouth. The lips are very detailed and I love that the butterfly is perched on her lips. It's very cool.
I like that her gaze is off in the distance, like she is looking around the "new place".
Overall, this piece is very warm and unique. I say, well done.

Once again you have crafted a sublime piece of art, Agnes. You have such a talent for giving a subjects eyes such strong emotive and telling sight; this one looks to me as though she is viewing someone/something from a hidden spot and, being careful so as not to be caught out doing so. The colour choice, as allways, is so well used in the style of the way you do this kind of work and, though there is allways a minimalistic look with the content you put onto canvas, it is so strong that the viewer is unwittingly imagining the rest of the settings in their minds eye.
Ever the delight to view your special style of application. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c… " width="20" height="20" alt="" title="Clap"/>

This a magnificent piece. What specifics techniques did you use to make the butterfly's? Was it wet on dry? It looks so fabulous. I love how the colors compliment each other and not distract each other from the whole. Great use of the, what it looks like, the sparkles from the eyes. They look so as if she is glancing to an unknown image off to the side. Her expression is almost scared, but yet feminine at the same time. I just love this whole piece. It's hard to pick just one spot to have a good opinion on. There are truly no " improvements" that I can't see. Just a beautiful watercolor.

To tell you the truth, this isn't the kind of art i would actually click on and look at. But getting me to click on it, appreciate it, favorite it and write a critique on it, this means serious buisness.
This piece is just so beautiful in every single way, its going to be hard to describe with words.
I'll talk about the face to begin with.
It's perfect. Her eyes are perfect her nose, her lips..
she has this wonderous expression on her face that makes this piece appeasing.
The colors are also amazing. It fits with the look on her face and the expression that's manifested.
Also, the butterflies make it that much more appeasing and nice to look at. You have a great imagination! Everything looks so wonderful.

you have done a great job, and you have opened my eyes to a kind of art i didnt pay attention to before.
Congratulations on your talent e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Wink)"/>

Amazing. Your artworks are very daring, which I adore.
i would never dare to splat paint all over a drawing, or have colors go to different directions.
But the thing is, that if you do it right, it will look magnificent.
