First off I want to say I really love how original your work is an artist, and continuously stands out.

I rated the vision a 4.5/5 since I felt that without needing much deconstructing you can pick up on the vibe off of this picture -- a unravelling of the mind, which we can all relate to since that's what music does. What lacked for me was the extra space around the head, since it felt slightly that the contrasting color of the sheet music was taking away the attention from the face.

I then rated the originality a 5/5, since I've seen sheet music being often used as a background for a ink-type painting, but what stand out is that you decided to add a lot of abstract swirls around the image, and used different gradients to build up the picture and parts of interest in this picture. Also the use of The black shirt reels the eyes into the picture, with that odd division of color and space. The signature in white gives that touch of a personal touch, which makes this completely original and apart from the other pieces that fall into the same genre.

I 3rdly rated the technique 4/5 stars, because the use of space is very consistent and the color build-up is well placed throughout the piece. The only point of criticism I could find was that some areas seemed as they were not left long enough to dry or too much bleeding occured.

Finally I put the impact of this piece at 4.5/5 stars since the message was very fluent throughout the image, which I believe has to do with the fluidity of music which is reflected in the lines. You can clearly pick up the vibe and use of lines with the relation to music, since that's what we all picture in our minds. The work has a lasting impact, with the only exception that I believe more expression at the eyes would have brought that message stronger, or an area with stronger use of the elements used to bring over the message. For example adding more spatter paint near the eye region.

All in all, I have to say this is a very well made piece, since a clear vision with distinct originality is set here. The use of the techniques combined with the impact sets all the pieces together to give this wonderful artwork. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

I have always admired your work and this piece inspires me to create amazing art. It's amazing to see your input of emotion that shows in this piece. The art always has a sense of wonder to it too.

The black ink/watercolor? looks great with the music piece behind it. It looks lively for it not being in color. If that makes sense.

It doesn't look too busy. The way you drew the lines make your eyes follow easily without feeling stressed. The splatters you added to doesn't mud up the piece either.

Looks very elegant. Beautiful piece. I hope you plan to sell this.

You definitely deserve 5 stars in all four categories, but the most important of the four is impact. You are a very talented artist, and I love how creative and fun your sheet music paintings are. I can tell that you have much experience with paint, and you certainly know how to evoke emotion. This painting has to be one of my favorites. There is just something about the not-entirely-random ink spots and the delicate lines that make up his face that insinuate something deeply emotional. It makes me think that he is both in awe of something (or in a dreamlike state), or in complete fear. I honestly don't want to know which of the two is accurate, because I love the dance of uncertain emotion. The composure of lines and spots in his face contrast perfectly with the heavy black shape of his shirt. This is a very beautiful painting, and I wouldn't change a thing.

well my first thought of this amasing art is what this is? because i can see some real good art here but what does this mean. dont get me wrong but i dont see what you are trying to say in this painting. or it dont need to say anything at all but i am curius on what you thought when you created this. did the song opened up your mind or did you paint this just for fun or di you just paint it because you wanted to, so i was wondering if i could get and answer on what you thought when you painted this
