Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake with Cream Cheese Icing and an Almond Dark Chocolate GanacheThis has to be the most indulgent cake I make. The cake itself is so moist and rich I have to get it nearly frozen before I can frost it otherwise is pulls apart. It is a very very dense cake that has a near pudding consistency. I use my signature Cream Cheese Icing on this to actually help cut the sweetness some. Granted that gets completely undone by the Ganache. This will send most diabetics and even some non-diabetics into a sugar induced coma. (Though it is a brown sugar induced coma. lol)
