...why isn't there a "fan art" section under paintings?Anyway, third and final painting for my art class. We had to do an effects painting, where basically we had to paint something from a movie that used special affects (non digital).
I just recently watched Pan's Labyrinth for the first time so decided to do Mr. Hands here. c:
Anybody have any idea what his real name is? Or is he just the Child Eater? Anyway, actually got this one started the night before it was due and finished it in class. xD

And IDK if it was the image the teacher used or if it was his shitty printer, but overall everything looked much darker and greener in the print out I was referencing.

This guy turned an amazing movie into my worst nightmare.
But amazing job at painting him! 8D
My only issue is the eyes, maybe you could've -A;DFLKJAS;DFLJKASF;LASJDFASD

My only issue is the matter of the eyes, they look too dark. Maybe it'd be cooler if you used the eyes, or even just one eye, as a focal point or something, to make him look a little creeper.
Although, I don't think it's possible to make the Pale Man creepier.

I was suppose to be replicating that, so it was pretty dark to begin with. And IDK if it was the version my teacher printed off or the printer, but what I had looked even darker (and greener).
But I agree, in general, it's good to make something like that the focal point. And maybe I could have even exaggerated the brightness in mine.

I just keep remembering how RED his eyes were, so it's kinda odd for me to look at his eyes being dark or brown. I dunno, I guess I'm just a little picky with details. It's still really kickass, and I think it's amazing that people can paint this awesomely.

I only saw the movie once so honestly I had forgotten about it. |D And after googling him, yeah, all the other pictures they looked very red. I picked a bad reference. |D
