So on my old account about 8-9 years ago, I stumbled upon your gallery then and absolutely fawned over it. Admittedly I printed your work out and pasted in the inside covers of my work books for school (12 year old me didn't really know better than to ask). You were such an inspiration to me, and have been for so long. I still distinctly remember you being one of the reasons I both wanted to get into digital art and improving myself. I guess I want to say thank you! I hope it's not weird.. I'm looking forward to seeing your work again after things settle with your new job.

I don't know if/when you'll see this, but I really wanted to stop by and say 'thank you'! About two years ago I hit something of an artistic crisis when I happened to stumble upon your post about finding your personal reason for subjecting yourself to this awful wonderful thing called art. Since then, I've been practicing more from photos and life and been feeling a little better about my growth, even if it is painfully trial-and-error at times. ^^,
So yeah, thanks for the inspiration! I hope life is going okay for you~

I really miss your gallery, your work is so beautiful! On the subject of your most recent journal, to loose any member of your family is such a devastation that it cannot be understood until one experiences it, and to loose a precious pet and companion can on some levels be even harder because there comes the guilt that they relied on you, that you were responsible for them, that they were there for you unconditionally and you let them down somehow. You can't be expected to snap your fingers and get over it, and it will probably ache in you for a while yet, but I really hope you start to recover from the loss and remember them well. I one hundred percent understand that pain and wish you the best.

Thanks sweetie. I was devastated by Christy dying. But I have happy dreams of her now and I think it's her gift.
When I think of her I still cry, she is my only little sister after all, but I think she knew we loved her.
OH snap I'm crying. But it's ok. She gave me a love for dogs that I value so much now.

It's amazing how much we can love our pets, and how much they can love us. I'm sure that she new how much she loved you, and that she loved being a part of your family! I miss my Erebus so much everyday, and I can't help but cry every time I watch the videos I have of him, but that's okay, because he gave me so much happiness.
