Well first of all you want prints or paypal to set up?
I just say that you can have prints first - even if you don'T have Paypal. But this way you will get the payment in "DA points" and can only use in Deviantart alone, not outside.
BUT these points can be turned into money anytime later when you want to. So I say, print is first step.
I'll send a note about it I guess and won't spam your profile page with it.
Please ask if something wasn't clear.

I'm not too familiar as well as I've never put artwork for sell but I do know you need a paypal in order but only receive 20% not sure how you would feel about that.
