Do you ever take commissions for custom necklaces (where the customer describes/draws how big/small/design they want the gem to look like, and you make it)?

Yes, I do custom designs, but it takes time. By now I need about two weeks to prepare any jewelry, and making custom design is a much longer process. It goes like that: You send me Your idea, I change the sketch to make it possible to cut it from glass, if You approve the changes I prepare the glass, if it is still impossible to cut something from glass I change the design a bit more, fire it in a kiln, make a photo and send it to You for final approval. So if You are patient enough to wait for about 6-8 weeks, the answer is Yes, we can make something together

Once I've been working in fusing studio, making huge glass for churches, but the process was kept in a secret there. I've learned all by myself, experimenting, making notes. It took me about 6 months to understand glass and a kiln. By now it's about 4 years I'm working with glass, and still learning
