hello friend, i just re-read a few of your comments on my work and wondered how you're doing? i hope you are well and that life is being good to you. hugs!

Thank you. <3 Wish I could say life has been treating me well. I've been having a lot of health issues act up so it's draining. Right now I'm dealing with an infection and a kidney stone, the infection being related to the stone, and it's not the first stone I have dealt with either. I actually just dealt with two in August. Between that and flare-ups, and low energy, I've just been a mess. Hoping to get back into writing soon. Been spending most of time reading or binging Netflix. There's been a few positive moments though: my boyfriend of (now 3 years as of Sept. 15th) came out to visit me in August for 4 days, our first meeting finally, and it was wonderful - he's coming back in March and we're trying to figure out stuff so that hopefully next year we'll be living together; I also got a new, working computer which means no more dealing with a dying one that crashed all the time.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear about the health issues. I can definitely see how that would exhaust you and threaten your general sense of wellbeing. But hopefully you will be on the mend soon, and I'm pleased that you're recognising the positives too!! Netflix is the way to go tbh, what are your favourite shows? I finished OitNB and am now watching Buffy! I have been well thank you, I have a retail job that I love and will be starting a part time creative writing course soon! Am still working on the mental health off course, but trying to focus on the good days

Yes, the good days are always wonderful to focus on. I'm glad that you're doing well. It's wonderful to have things that you enjoy. They help so much with keeping your mind on the positive, I think.Β Β My current issue has cleared up so now I'm playing that dreaded waiting game of when-will-it-come-back-and-will-I-get-to-see-a-doctor-before-then basically. Insurance and stuff can make things such a hassle when you're not in pain cause they don't think it immediately necessary.
Β Oh my, Netflix! I watch entirely too many things. Scrubs, Psych, The X-Files, How I Met Your Mother, Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Longmire(still watching the new season), Person of Interest, Supernatural(seasons 1 through 5), Orange Is The New Black(need to catch up on the new season), Person of Interest, Arrow, Friday Night Lights, Californication(on season 2), Criminal Minds(still have to watch the latest season), Haven(still have to watch latest season), M.A.S.H., Frasier, and too many others. xD I'll probably think of more later, but I watch a lot of things and that's just TV shows. Currently on the last season of Revenge. Looking forward to them adding The Flash and iZombie on October 6th.

Sadly, my health has been acting up so I didn't really get to do Camp NaNo. Hopefully I'll be feeling well enough by November to give NaNo another go. My goal is to try to get back to writing soon. I just need to get some stuff figured out first. How have you been?

Oh my... I'm sorry to hear. I really hope your health will be in better terms soon. And hopefully, you'll get to attend NaNo later on. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you to feel better as soon as possible! But me... well... high school started and I became sad at the beginning of September. But for now, it's passed... I feel slightly better now, and I think I'm getting used to the new environment too. At the moment, I've caught a cold so I had to skip a day at school... and probably will do so on Monday as well. But otherwise, I'm coping. I'm okay.

Yep, my cold is gone now! And I'm really glad to know that your health problem disappeared for the time being as well. As for high school... I think it's okay. Takes its toll on me with studying... but the good part is, the timetable isn't always the same. There are five timetables throughout the school year. The second one will come soon, and I believe it will have much more interesting subjects to learn. I was terrified at the beginning as well... but I think I'm okay with everything now.
