I've only ever done covers with the strip on the side, though once I did it and it fucked up and did a twitsy thing that ended up looking really cool..... I guess this way is harder, but I wouldn't really know. I"m really glad you liked my sword and goblyn plushie. ^__^

If you don't already have it, a good starter album is 311's "Greatest Hits"~ it's mainly what got me hooked. :3 As far as actual albums go, Transistor is a good one to get right away.
