Now why would you call her an idiot who threw a good name? Sakura is a very common Japanese name before the Naruto series became well-known. Just because she uses the name Sakura, doesn't necessary mean she threw a good name.
There are numerous inactive users who took good names but don't even post any artworks, journals or comments, leaving the account to rot away. Now those are the people who threw away good names. And in truth, her pictures are quite unique if you took a chance to look at her gallery.
I do understand from a Narutard's point of view, but the name, "sakura" is overuse in various animes and mangas (Cardcaptor Sakura, Sakura from Tsubasa Chronicles, Sakura Haruno, Nurse Sakura from Urusei Yatsura, etc.). And there could be various reasons why she choose her name.
It's true that she may be inactive at the moment, but the last time she was around was during July 26th, 2012. And who knows? She may come back at random times and perhaps upload pictures or add comments.
