Hello! Greeting from the USA! I recently stumbled across your piece Calligraphy 3, and I found it very much awespiring. Calligraphy isn't usually something I would try and use as art, but due to recent events, I wish to try my hand at it.

I have to ask, what inspires you to do your works? Any advice and tips you could possibly help me out with?

To be honest, what does often help me is seeing lots of other different works. I am also watching some calligraphy groups. I do not copy, I just see and sometimes I come to some new interesting ideas (which I note, but badly I just have no time to put it on paper)

To be more honest: for my calligraphy art I have no direct inspiration. I just take a blank paper and try out whatever comes. It takes some time until I create something I like. It's more of a process while trying many different things ;) (Wink)

I hope that helps. And thank you a lot for your feedback. I should add more calligraphy work .. *sigh* - I wish for more time :sigh:
