Yes. Definitely. We should create a test, sort of like a swimming test, which if you fail you have to stay in the gene pool until you evolve past being a douche. All the people who can function get to clime out and get on the party boat.

I say the paramaters of the test should be whether we can stand them for more than 5 minutes before wanting to throttle them...or if we just don't like them. In fact, the latter is better.
