Hi mate, just signed up for the specific purposes of sending you this message, excuse me If I am not following the correct protocol, this is a new world to me. My name is Martyn and I am a professional animator, currently taking time out to work on a personal project. The gig is totally for my own creative enjoyment, and will be a three character pantomime piece, with lots of fun visual gags and an entertaining story arch.
This is where you come in, and why I find myself here. I have almost everything I need to make the project happen (including some highly skilled technical & artistic friends willing to lend a hand), but I am missing one of the three characters, a little old lady. I spotted your granny design (pointpusher.deviantart.com/art⦠on google image search, find her very appealing, so, here is my question... I was wondering if I could have access to the geo for the granny? I would, of course, give you full credit, but obviously because this is a personal gig I wont be able to offer any moneys, I do, however have an extremely talented rigger who would do a very considered job with her.
If you don't feel comfortable for any reason, I more than understand, but if you would like to see any of the work of the people involved, or have a peak at the script, I'd be more than happy to oblige.
Anyway, thanks, and I really like your work, it's wonderfully appealing.
Martyn.

@pointpusher...
Would you be able to discuss which software you prefer, and why, when it comes to 2d work. I have seen you work with things like Sketchbook (Pro?), Photoshop, Artrage, and a few others that I couldn't identify. I have taken a shine to Sketchbook, but it seems a little clunky on my system at times. Maybe get your thoughts on Manga Studio or Paint Tool SAI?
Have a blessed day,
kmkenpo
