this is a fish sauce recipe, which is good to go on top of fish like salmon, tilapia, you can put it on alot of things, just experiment with it, I think you'll like it

the best way to describe the taste:
It should have a kind of tang to it, but don't let it be too salty. That's the best way to describe it. All of this is cooked in virgin olive oil. I forgot to add that X3

it's good, I recommend it X3 best way to have the sauce is when it's hot, and of course, when you put the nuoc mam in to cook with, boil it so the sauce can cook in really well
