I'm not actually asking for help, just your opinion since you'd probably have a good idea just from experience about how hard it would be to get the cape or something.
I'm thinking of trying to cosplay him at next years Senshi-Con. [Albeit it might be gender-bended since I am a girl]

the hard part is the monocle, top hat and doves...i think you need doves...

cloak is easy, suit from value village

And it was mostly the things holding up his cloak that look kind of like a giant button. [Maybe those are the doves?] But I'll definitely keep an eye out for the cloak and suit. Luckily I'll also have a Halloween before then that might be promising.

thanks! I was going to do some kind of a simple class thing at the convention but I didnt pull it together..maybe I will next year. just with some demos on the ladybugs or penguins, maybe info on how to make cute bentos without spending a fortune on the equipment.
