I love being outside with my camera, and if you can’t see me there, I am usually to find with paint all over my face, sitting in front of my easel and drawing. And if I’m not there either, search a little deeper – I am a passionate diver, always longing for this peaceful, silent world under the surface, with nothing but your own heartbeat to accompany you.

My favourite seasons are Winter and Autumn. It gets silent outside, snow and rain pouring down, while I can sit next to a warm fire place, my cat resting on my lap, reading a long book and enjoying a good cup of tea.

Wow, just came across your gallery and your pictures are beautiful. We both seem to be interested in similar subjects. While you use pastels, my method is to draw the picture on paper using a sharpie and pointillism. Then i load it into the computer and colour it digitally. I believe our animals have the greatest influence on us, on a level that not even our best friends could reach. A world without them would be a horrible place.
