cool.
now try make the red, white and black borders of the cape more straight, because current ones are making it look too crusty.
other than that i have no idea what you could use..maybe change the JUS layout to something more like this:

that way people will understand more where each sprite goes where and increases the chances of a char.

MMD don't make models, you gotta use a external programs like 3DCG and search tutorials how to port it to mmd.
