I’ve been okay! a lot of family things going on but I’m just trying to stay strong ^^
I’ve been experimenting w my art a lot as you can probably tell, I’m slowly trying to have a more elegant fullbody style while keeping my cheebs cutesy ~

Aw girl I'm sorry to hear that and I can appreciate how you feel.
My Dad passed away last year and it was quite a big blast.
But I also got married lol and I'm currently starting a new chapter in my life with the hubby~
We're planning on getting a puppy since he's allergic to cats TuT 
My mom's taking care of my ragdoll kitty right now~
How are your kitty babies?? I bet they've grown a lot since the last time I saw their pics!

i'm really sorry to hear about your dad, i can't imagine how that must have been. even though it's normal to outlive your parents, it's still a really devastating loss, especially when they're still pretty young. 
a few months ago my mom was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer, and we just recently found out that it's spread to her liver and lungs, so it's been incredibly difficult honestly. she's still young so it's really hard to see her struggling already, but i'm just trying to be as supportive as i can and spend lots of time around her. honestly i tend not to talk about it since it's hard opening up, but sometimes it feels good just to let things out a little. i hope i'm not being a bother, i know we haven't talked in a while ;;

it's good to hear that you're starting a new chapter though! congratulations on getting married, i really hope you two have a happy life together!!
oo what kind of puppy are you getting? that's so exciting, pets are always really nice to have around! has he ever tried taking allergy medicine? my ex was really allergic to cats, but with medicine he eventually was able to kinda build up immunity a little bit. 

my kitties are good though!! yeah they're all grown up now for sure, already two years old! it's so crazy how fast they grow up ~

i'd love to do an art trade with you again sometime for sure!! right now i'm working on a raffle prize and just trying to take it easy, but maybe after that we can do one! your new oc Zeka is really pretty, she's perfect for the elegant style i'm trying to keep working on! ♡
have you been drawing during your hiatus or did you take some time away from art too? it seems like you've improved so i was curious! ^^

 I know it must be really hard to talk about 
and of course you're not being a bother! I'm always here for you girl. 
It's always hard seeing our parents getting ill when they were always the 
ones taking care of us when we're sick. 
The best we can do is take care of them as best we can and strive to
be the best we can <3

We want an american eskimo! lol We're going to name it Milky since 
the name isn't heavily deviated towards either gender and we don't 
know what gender puppy we're going to end up getting XD

We have considered for him to take allergy medicine but long term use
isn't good for the body. He was hoping he could get some sort of injections
but he has extremely sensitive skin and for the past half a year his skin
has been acting up really bad. I just don't have the heart to make him suffer
more lol (even though parting with my cat breaks my heart)

Show me pics!! <3333 I'd love to see what those two little fur balls look like now
They must be super cuddly!
Once you have pets you can never go back to not having one lol

yeah it's really hard to deal with, especially since my mom has always been the really strong parent and to see her struggle is just incredibly difficult. i'm just trying not to let the stress get to me, since i really want to cherish my time with her and don't want anything to distract me from that

aww they're so cute and fluffy! that sounds like a fun breed to have, and the name definitely fits really well! will you get one from a breeder or try to find it at a shelter somewhere? 
maybe in the future his skin will be less sensitive and you can try the injections! at least your kitty is with your mom though so you can still visit sometimes! it's really hard to part with a pet, but hopefully in the future things will work out so you can have her around again! 

they're definitely really cuddly! they like being near me all the time, which is great because it helps my stress so much. my mom actually just got a kitty too which has been helping her get her mind off everything! since she lives by herself besides when i visit for a few weeks, i was really hoping she would get a cat to help with any stress and depression

yess collecting charas has been really fun for me lately! it's how i've been treating myself lately, getting commissions and trying to find new charas to buy ^^
it's really fun writing out their info too, very therapeutic for me and helps me feel connected to their designs even if i haven't been able to draw them yet!
are you still loving your older mains, serafina and cheriemi? they both have really elegant designs too that i'd love to draw someday! ♥

We tried finding breeders in our state for this specific breed but they're all outdated.
The only way it seems we can get one is from a shelter or this puppy store that opened
here a few months ago but they don't always have the breed we want so it will be a bit of a wait!


Yes definitely! They're also really easy to train and I especially like how even when they're fully grown 
they stay rather small and fluffy haha ♥

Yes!!!! I find that having a pet really does ease your stress and it's always so nice to have them
want all of your love! ♥ Playing with them also makes you feel so blissful, I don't understand
why anybody would hate having pets!
Awww! That's really sweet ♥ I think that's a really good decision especially since she lives on her own,
you can't go wrong with an extra furry company that just wants to curl up on you and hog all your
snuggles! 

And OH! THEY LOOK SO COZY! Artemis and Apollo wasn't it?
THAT LIL BABY FACE WHEN IT'S CURLING UP (my heart just died from the cuteness ♥)
They're just as cutie as I remember! ♥ They don't seem to be too big from when they were kittens!

Collecting art for oc's is always such a nice experience ♥ I actually saw one of Naomi's art before
I saw your toyhouse and I thought "hmm that character is really pretty" and then I found out
it was yours! LOL 
I can't wait to read all your oc's backstories! I've been snooping around people's toyhouse's
reading their character's stories just because I'm curious what other people have come up with
I do agree that writing out oc info's helps you connect more to their designs!
In fact I actually never felt a connection to any oc I designed in the past before Serafina 
because she's the first one I sat down and wrote a story for.
It really turns the character into more than just a design, it's like the oc comes to life in your mind
(for me at least hehe ♥)

Yap! Serafina and Cheriemi will always be very dear to me, I stopped getting art for them because
so many things happened last year and I couldn't spare the money to get more commissions otl

hopefully if you keep an eye out you'll eventually be able to find a puppy just like you want! i definitely prefer smaller, fluffy dogs too since they're just so cuddly and easier to deal with it seems like. my dad has 3 big dogs now and they are so hard to take on walks and just take care of it seems like

i agree, it's so nice to play and cuddle up with pets, they are just so amazing! plus if you do live by yourself it can help with feeling completely alone or creeped out since there's still something else hanging out with you. hopefully it works out with her, we've had a few weird problems with her peeing in strange places or in strange ways, and my mom has a lot of nice stuff so she doesn't want to deal with anything getting ruined because of pee. i don't want her to have any extra stress at all so i really hope that won't keep being an issue in the future! it's good that she has a pet right now so i'm wanting it to work out

aa i'm so happy to hear that actually! it's funny because i've actually done that with your ocs before too, and then when i realized they were yours i thought it was so cool! it seems like you have really interesting backstories with yours so far, i'm really excited to see them develop more! do your charas have an overarching story or do you kinda imagine them in their own worlds? 
i hope you like my stories so far too! i'm still editing them all and straightening everything out, but i think i've got a pretty interesting world going so far! a lot of my stories rely on kinda like spiritual discourse where the gods are fighting and a lot of people are kinda picking sides based on their own backstories. overall people tend to be into two groups though - either they like the current world and want to keep moving forward with it, or they hate it and want to remake the entire world in a new image. i don't want it to seem like there's a right answer just so people kinda sympathize with both sides. maybe in the future i'll make a book about it all too, that would be so fun omg ♥

yeah i definitely understand where you're coming from, even though collecting is really fun you don't ever want it to take away from anything more important ~ 
do you think you'll start collecting art again or are you focusing more on drawing them yourself now?
