welp, its been months since this whole thing was revealed and im not sure if yur reading this but:
Take this as a learning lesson. Im not gonna bash yu further because yu got bashed enough here, and im sure on Tumblr aswell. But i was quitte shocked when Crow told me about this on Discord because i luved 'yur' art. This shit made yu lose friends!! 
I still believe yu have talent!! But if yu come back, please use that!! and for now, just stay out of DeviantArt for a while to rethink and maybe reinvent yurself and then maybe start it all over again what yu build for years with this account in DA, under new name ofcourse :3

There's no excuse for stealing art because you lack so much personality and originality that you have to piggyback ride off of someone else (Vaporotem) who has specifically told you to stop multiple times to no avail. She got what she deserved because she was trying to cover up her tracks and was completely disrespectful to the original artist who has been on DA for much longer than her.
I'm sorry but anyone who obsessively copies someone else's style, personality, writing style, and characters is the definition of a creeper and she knew what she was doing was wrong because she kept checking in periodically to hide any comments calling her out, including her boyfriend Zecknot who is copying Vaporotem's ex boyfriend which is friggen creepy as hell.

Well, I don't know if you've seen Lex's work prior, but she did have a lot of her own original work. I've been following her since 2014. She really needs to be confident in her own original work instead of copying here and there, because on her own, she IS very talented. It's a shame.

Exactly. She can definitely draw, it shows in all of her work. I've seen her page before, and she was completely different until around 2-3 years ago when she began to copy Vaporotem. She wants to be a cartoonist but copying another person isn't healthy and once you get into it the cycle can be hard to break so I hope from here on she starts producing original works to let her own style shine through.

I talked to her a while back about it and she even made an apology journal, and posted original work for a bit afterwards. 
I really hope if she returns, she'll be able to find it in herself to see she's good enough on her own.

Just to let people know, Lex the Plagiarist was not hacked and she did this herself after getting caught multiple times and despite saying she'd stop years ago she continued to shamelessly plagairise Vaporotem's work. Lexcitement callout UPDATESI took it upon myself to compile a list of side-by-side comparisons, by putting links to the original artwork/characters by vaporotem as well as links to Lexcitement's copying. I've also gone and saved each instance of copying by Lexcitement on the Wayback Machine, so each piece of hers will be accompanied by its archived link, in the event that the latter decides to try and cover her tracks by deleting or storing deviations.
I've been watching vaporotem for many many years now. I've looked up to her ever since I was a kid, and she has worked so hard to create unique and charming characters and artwork. I had seen Lexcitement's art around before and figured the similarity was mere inspiration, but I came across her art again recently and it's way worse than I thought.
So I noted vaporotem the other day to let her know about this user, and here it turns out that she already knew.. and has even already tried to noting Lex to
