Hello, wanted to say that I was really motivated by your comic to delve deeper into my Philippine history, especially at how you portray the countries are regular human beings. The romance, stress, and heartbreak (especially within the ASEAN area) just crushed my heart and soul as I kept reading through the pages. With that I would like to thank you in the deepest of my heart for "opening my mind" about my own culture, because a good chunk of the info you put in your descriptions were rarely mentioned during my elementary and highschool years.Β
Can't wait for more chapters to come and keep up the good work!

So I have read some of your Maaf series, when I was searching the 'Hetalia Portugal' tag I came across some strips and well, I was wondering... what IS your opinion on the Portugal you've created? As someone who is half Portuguese as well as Catholic it can sometimes be very difficult to look head first into the histories of both and while I am ashamed of plenty that went on in the past I am still proud of my heritage, and I still try to keep my own person at a distance from what my ancestors may have done. From what I have seen so far Portugal seems to be the only one with this brutal side, even though basically all the modern and old empires had a bloody history. Of course, I probably also didn't read enough of it, so I guess I want to be able to know whether or not it is just Portugal that has a primarily negative light on him. I was looking for fan art far more lighthearted than this, but your series has kind of been keeping me awake all night reflecting on this history, and guilting me a little too lolΒ

Ah Ate!! I had used some references from your Philippine patterns and styles in your comics.
Groupmates would be for each day (one day for Luzon, like that) showing some of their lifestyle in their painted illustration boards and others. My group's Visayas.
