i have obtained permission for every piece of third party material, and i would appreicate the fact that if you have a problem, do not bring it to my page.
i have talked to many staff on da about many pieeces before publishing on DA so please do not come and bother me.

You should probably say that in your picture descriptions, then. When you start saying things like "Obtained the head from Digi Charat artbook, and the body from another art book" all that sounds like is that you cut-and-paste other people's artwork. If you look at FAQ #8: What does deviantART consider to be Art Theft? , it mentions that you can't use art from art books without permission, and you don't really give us any suggestion that you in fact did obtain permission.
I was giving you the benefit of the doubt by guessing that perhaps you didn't know that what you were doing appears to be against the rules. It was a suggestion, so that maybe you could either remove images that are against policy or update the descriptions to prove that they weren't, before an admin could decide that for you (in which case you might get banned). There are a lot of people who simply do not understand the rules; I figured that if you were one of these people I could point it out to you before you had to learn it the hard way.
I did not do this in a harrassing manner. I did not run around screaming "art theft" everywhere. I left you a simple note on your page, and I don't particularly like that you immediately attack me for "harrassing" you.
May I note that by bringing this discussion to my page, you committing essentially the same "offense"?

also i have talked to many admins, etc. before posting. they all cleared it, even in chatroom where people show off work. so lay off, disappear, do not bother a seriously ill person. i'm very seriously ill, and i have been hospital many times in the last few weeks, and over the last few months off and on over 20 times.
