Glad you guys are safe. I heard there was even more storms in West Texas today. I used to not fret so much, but I've been shocked by witnessing just how destructive they can be.
Those little kitters are very cute, I appreciate them! I'm doing okay, still trying to produce enough art to fill a booth at a show so I can make some money off my art. And thinking about getting a real job, which, to be perfectly honest, I'm only about 70% excited for. The other percentage is dread and fear that I won't have enough time to do things to make me happy. But that's life I guess lol.

Road Ranger is Illinois based. the first time i heard about it was when i applied. It's a truck stop/convenient store right next to border customs.

That's true. But I kinda hate the idea of society...and humanity. I don't think there's a form of government (or lack thereof) that would ever make me happy. Oops. I kinda realized the other day that I have to romanticize working if I want to enjoy it, so we'll see how I can brainwash myself like a good little patriotic citizen. I guess you just gotta distract yourself with the little things.

I kinda disassociate when I'm at work. Customer's being annoying, boss is being rude, I'm somewhere else. I used to work at a Dollar Tree. Now I work at a Road Ranger. Dollar Tree is actually where M and I met. They work at a Game Stop in the same plaza and they'd come over to where I work to get snacks and drinks. Then one of my coworkers told me that one of the guys from Game Stop had asked about me and she told me their name and I knew who she was talking about cus I had noticed their name when they paid with their card. So I was all like holy shit, they asked me? Then they asked me out and I'm so fucking happy they did. If it wasn't for them, I'd still be at the Dollar Tree. I don't know if I'm going to last at Road Ranger, but at least it's not the fucking Dollar Tree

Awww, at Game Stop?? That is precious! When I was 13 or so, I always envisioned meeting the person of my dreams in/due to a game, book, or music store. So you're living the starry-eyed younger version of my self's dream.; I think that's so sweet and awesome!

I watched the couple figure skating last night and I LOVED THAT LITTLE BLACK FRENCH GIRL OH MY GOD SHE WAS INCREDIBLE AND SOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL! I wish I could draw people, she was so amazing and gorgeous. Like my heart was just.
