I know right? It's so annoying. I suppose it does make sense to have a system like that, though, because then someone can't hide from something they did (supposedly bad...?
You know what I think they should do? Make an option so that you can change your username maybe once every 2 years or something. That way, you only have limited times to change your username, and you can't keep on changing it. Idk, lol Just my opinion.

lol True. =3=; If you are pretty well known, people will recognize your art style on a certain account, and mistake the other account for a different person...
And the premium membership stuffs...I have enough points where I can get a year of subscriptions. lol I don't think a subscription really amounts to much, but it's still nice to have if you want to personalize your page a little more. lol
Plus, it's really easy to get a premium membership : win a contest!
Memberships are probably one of the most commonly given away prizes. lol
