Also I've noticed your drawing style generally excludes noses, while mine typically exaggerates them⦠Can I just say how surreal it will be for me to see Percy without having a really prominent hooked nose? And how surreal it will be to try to figure out how to draw a nose on Aria? XD

It's a Japanese tradition, but it is still celebrated where I live.Β The Japanese community is pretty influential over here.Β Every March 3rd is technically Hinamatsuri day, mostly for displaying elaborate dolls of figures from the Heian period.Β Although girls are sort of celebrated too.Β I guess it's just the American name for it is "Girl's Day."
When I was in elementary school, all of the teachers would make the boys put up our chairs at the end of the day.Β Girls would do it vice versa on "Boy's Day," which is on May 5th.
I thought Boy's Day and Girl's Day was also pretty popular in other parts of America or even for those really into the Japanese culture, but based on the responses I've gotten, it doesn't seem like it.Β My bad, but have a good day anyway!
