Okay, so I know you want to be a Co-Founder and you've been wanting to help forever and ever ago.. But I'm putting you to work early (even though you still need to go through the process like everyone else *fair is fair*) However dear, I was wondering if you were free to day to hunt down artist! Oh you finally moved? How's the boyfriend? And girl, it was only 2.. 2, 3 months? Can you believe that everyone stayed? It was the most heartfelt surprise when I came back. It's been bigger than ever now. However, I'm going to be creating a similar art group soon. Everything has been hell on my end, so I can understand your pain.

Yeah I moved back in July. It's been super hectic with adjusting and then starting my first semester of Grad school. It's been GOOD, just overwhelming you know? And being away from "home", for good and missing my friends and all that. I had only submitting ONE poem (shameful, I know)...which oddly got me my first DD Lol That aside, I've settled down and have been back on dA. I just must have been missing your journals. Well, I hadn't taken the time to GO through my journals And i did today and was like WOUFJROUOUCE!!! I am so sorry I was gone for so long. I should have checked in sooner. I am so happy that you're back and that things are okay with the group That's amazing. You had done so much and it saddened me of the possibility that you might not return and the group would dwindle. I hope that things are at least better on your end. 

If you don't mind me asking, what changes have you made TO the group? If it is alright, I would like to rejoin now that I'm recommitted to being on dA like I usually am...which is all the time lol I'm no longer worried about school since I have done well and I'm used to things now so I have a set schedule So good to hear from you~~~

Well, the group has well over 100 members and it's doing great. There's a lot of committed members (who are much older, which is a good thing), but then there are those who had to leave because (of whatever reason). However, that's not much of a big deal, because out of 170+ people we've only managed to lose a handful. So that's great, at least those who are not doing what they're suppose to do are out. On top of things, I'm lighting the rules and creating a better atmoshpere for the writers. You know, so it's more of a free comment sequence than something that's time consuming. However, I'm going to be testing this out in the new Art Group and if it applies well, I'll do the same thing with #LiteraryPublications . But, the thing is, the new art group #TheMediaCritic is going to be HUGE. Much bigger than the Literature community I've started, because of the demand for feedback on Art. 

Then on top of it being so huge, it's going to be a little killer, because I'm going to need admins for this. Unlike, #LiteraryPublications , it's not going to be easy handling through so many people at once... dA is filled with a lot of uncommented deviations... So, just imagine the crowd y'know? On top of that, it will be based on their preference and what type of member they want to be, not what the group or I expects them to be. So it's a personal experience for each individual member. Yeah I know, I'm the queen of ideas, but I also put my foot in my mouth.. So, this project I'm constructing for #TheMediaCritic is going to need a lot of dedicated people on board.

Besides that, in #LiteraryPublications ... I've lost two wonderful Co-Founders. However, 1 was an asshole and the other just left because she wanted to do her own thing. Odd, it happened just after I had the confrontation with the previous Co-Founder who I had to down grade to a Contributor because he wasn't fully helpful and complained that I didn't give him anything, when honestly I did, but it was just huge misunderstanding. Then, when I told him the truth about how other Co-Founders were talking shit about him, he didn't believe me and when confronted by the other Co-Founders, they probably said something completely different to make me sound like the bad guy.. :L When they've been pushing me to tell the truth anyways. It was just horrible. So I thought I ended losing a friend, who was amazing, but she left me to deal with all the heavy work... Even though she said she would be there for me, in turn, life caught up with her and she doesn't even talk to me anymore (even though she's clearly on dA), so... I'm left with 1. Co-Founder who is helpful in the least, but he barely talks to me and he's a sarcastic ass sometimes, and when I told him about the new group...

He thought it actually meant Critc and made a smart ass comment... And I can't really remove him for other reasons, then on top of things, I have another Co-Founder who's a friend of mine, but she's been off for a bit... So, I'm not sure when she's coming back and I'm just tired of trying to look for people. However, I did find two people who are alright in the sense of helping, but I'm not going to extend my hand out to friendship until I can fully trust them. I'm tired of being nice and then getting bitten back for trying to make a change and looking for those who are willing to help make that happen..

So yes, this is the life of both groups atm...

Well shit :/ Forget those assholes. I've dealt with similar things lately as well. I've had to literally break off a friendship or two because of just...unreasonable behavior. I know where you're coming from. You can only give and give so much until you're just DONE. I'm sorry you had to deal with that. I am also sorry that I've been of no help either since I went awol. Well, i'd be interesting in joining your groups. If that's fine I was helping out in other groups but some of them, well a few of them save maybe two, have went by the waste side and died out. lol
