You know what sucks is when men talk sexually behind your back and you keep hearing about it but the dude doesn't get in trouble...and on top of that the boss listens to everything this guy says. it;s all heresay so I can't say anything. so im just miserable for now. I gotta ignore it...pretend nothings happening. top that off with average reviews at a job you been working at so hard for 5 years and you have the story of my life.

She's supposedly the "supervisor" of the maintenance department I work in. And I tried to report her for many of the rules violations she accumulates every day but she has management so wrapped around her finger that most people roll their eyes at me and blow it off.
