They came in a special Death Note box set, the Misa version inculding a quill and Light's version included a Death Note fountain pen. I got them at my local comics and manga store, Comics Connections, a very long time ago. I doubt they have any left. I'm not sure where you'll be able to get them since you're living in the UK and I bought these in Singapore. Sorry.
