You have some of the more interesting drawings here on dA...very unusual combinations of media. I love it.

why do you think so? most of my things are sketches..

ok, first, what your work is NOT:
- anime/manga fan art
- photorealistic portraits of celebrities
- half-naked women with unnaturally large breasts
- overly smooth digital paintings
So, that alone makes your work distinctive here on dA. Second, most work on dA is obviously contemporary, but it's still very traditional in style. It's purely representational and not impressionistic or expressionistic in style at all. Yours is more modernist...for instance in "why" (which is the one that caught my eye), you make the media part of the composition. And your figures tend to have a feeling of detachment or angst...at least that's what I see...which is a departure from the usual elves, fairies, heroes, and villains that you see on dA every day.

well i quite rarely visit the main page of DA to see what exactly I differ from.. i really try to focus on emotional part of the image, working with nature of the line. this leads to the absence of the background, as you see, and most of the images, they are like...having a character but not a story. and, yes, detachment and fear follows many artists of horror on DA, and I am not an exception)
and, everyone like heroes, at least while they personalize them with themselves)
