Favorite books: Any slightly-older fantasy/sci-fi that isn't overrun with werewolves, fallen angels, Sues, vampires, etc. Those are all I can find that're new on the shelves these days. If I search hard, I find some really good ones, but the poor things are overshadowed.Favorite writers: Ah, the usual: Tamora Pierce, Tolkien, and, of course, myself. (XD You think I'm kidding.)
Favorite games: Legend of Zelda (tops everything; no doubt about it), Final Fantasy, Assassin's Creed, and Portal
Favorite gaming platform: It's a tie between the Wii/Gamecube, PS2/3, and PC
Tools of the Trade: Microsoft Word, many spiral notebooks that are equipped with fire-breathing dragons as defense mechanisms against prying eyes, and--most importantly--that raisin in my skull that functions as a brain.
Other Interests: Writing, gaming, watching some anime, reading, more gaming, more writing, and swimming. Not in that order, necessarily. :D

Hehe, I tried to find a cute one. 
I feel like I'd be a total jerk if I didn't thank everyone individually. As a poet you spend your whole life struggling to get people to read your work, and the exposure a DD provides is like almost nothing else. No one has to take that time to stop and read...and not everyone does. I'm well aware most people prefer visual art. A literature DD might receive 1,000 views and 140 favorites per DD, but a visual piece I've noticed can receive 3,000 views and 600 favorites easily from a DD.

Well, I dunno, the thing I love about literature DDs is that there's usually so much more to them, at least that you can see right off the bat. Visual DDs are usually really pretty or display a lot of skill, but it's hard to find the story behind them/connect with them, I s'pose. Literature DDs are just there, solid black and white, so it takes a lot more thinking and they tend to be held to higher standards.
But I'm biased toward writers XD

That's true. I've started using the color red a lot considering the circumstances. I just picked up a really old notebook and the first thing I found in it said this:

He was sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy, there's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti, he's nervous cause he's trying to make this dude laugh already, but he's not cause his face is so calm and cool and spaghetti, but he wrote it down, the whole crowd doesn't know what he's talking about because he's making a reference to a stand-up comedian...
