And I don't mind telling at all. I'm not like that..

First I used Adobe Lightroom. If you are serious with photography I recommend getting it. It's the best program in the world! It holds and sorts all your photos, and you are able to do minor adjustments to the photo to enhance. It costs about $300 but if your a student you can get it half price.

How I got the effect for "speaking tounges" is Pull your "black/Dark levels" up high. and then you want to pull your saturation up and down and see what looks right with it. I dint have the program on the computer I have been using so I can't tell you exactly how i got it, but if you mess around with the different levels and tones you should be able to get the effect your a desiring.

Sorry I couldn't be much more help. If I am the computer that has it, ill get back to you with a little more detail.
