I wanted to ask you how you changed the titles for the group. I'm attempting to do it on my own group, and I haven't stumbled across how to accomplish it yet.

Sure thing. The exact names might be a little different in you group, but what I did was I went to 'staff area' then to 'mange members' then on the names of the different ranks (on the left), there should be a pencil icon, clicking that should let you edit the names.
