on the top right corner of your profile there's a button that says "Edit Page"
You click that then for the id you drag the id tab to where you want it on the page, then you can put a pic from your computer or gallery on it as your id.
For the journal skin (They're finally letting non-premiums use them ;u; ) you look up "Journal Skin" and find one you like. You press the install skin button (if there is one) and then you make another journal on the left you can choose that one.
For the webcam you click "edit page" and drag the webcam where you want it. Then you find the url for a picture you like and paste it.
