The Rukia Shrine is dedicated to Rukia and Rukia alone. There are plenty of groups that accept pairings (xXRukiaFanartClubXx , Club-Bleach , OurKuchikiPrincess , Rukia---group ) and even more that are are dedicated solely to them. (Ichirukihime-Fanclub , IchiRukiHichi-FC , ichiruki-antirenruki , XxIchiRukiFTWxX etc.)
I'm sure you can find plenty of exposure for your works there.
