Sadly enough some girl said that "The Truth is NOT out there and she doesn't believe in faith" which in results losing my friendship with her. Then again I could care less if a daughter of a Detective said that.

I'm not sure something such as that would warrant depriving yourself of someone's friendship. What it DOES say, is basically, don't expect to share those part of your experiences with her. Share macrame, share narwhal migration patterns, share the latest porn comics, just don't bother sharing that part of your life.

Good point. I often ask people: Why do I have to respect you if you don't respect me? Or Why do I have to be nice to you if you're not nice to me?
It pretty much me asking "Why" in every question. I've rather have those who respect me for who I am, rather to have me be like everybody else.

O_o Hey-men Brother? If you can put that in a cool and creative way. I should just rub off the negitive feedback from people and tell them to back off. I could care less what they say. In any conversation I do have a point even if I'm wrong or unfamillar about the topic.
Believe me the time I spend in 2009 was watching all 202 episodes and both movies of the X-Files was to kill the boredom along with lack of Internet/Cable TV. A Converter box doesn't do crap if you can't watch anything. Then again TV has gotten pretty stale.
So pretty much buying DVD Box sets of your favorite shows not only bring back the nostalga but at least you don't have to deal with commericals and annoying "Breaking News" Footage about a Car Chase that will end with the suspect getting arrested wasting about 15+ minutes. The only thing missing is to play the "COPS" Theme song: "BAD BOYS" and there you go.

As fun as that is, I couldn't see myself doing a marathon of ANY show. OK, maybe Gargoyles, or even Shogun, but still, I would want to break it up a little with something like getting on Warcraft or going outside, working with a sword.

Well I don't watch all nine seasons everyday. I just buy the next season after finishing the old one. Plus most of the seasons ends with a cliffhanger episode.
I used to watch random episodes of the X-Files when I was younger not knowing the whole plot. Plus I gotten used to the theme song. Though somewhat creepy it also soothing.

Well I may do some crazy things but watching all Nine seasons of the X-Files at once is too much for me. Plus Season 8 and 9 started to lose it's spark when "Mulder" is replaced by: Robert "T-1000" Patrick.
