Oh, cool! I always wanted Madoka Magica artbook too. Try to search in Book Depository or Abebooks, there's some good offers there! Maybe you can found a cheap one there. In both sites is where I bought my Sailor Moon artbooks some time ago, and it was around 25 dollars each.

I bought it online at the Science Fiction book store (in Sweden). I know it is difficult to wait! The cover art is soooo great! By the way, I have a Madoka Theory. What if all the things in episode 12 are only the despair of Homura while her soul gem is going dark? What if all that stuff is only in Homura's point of view and the REAL ending is something else?

Did you watched Madoka movie, The Rebellion Story? The plot is quite similar to your theory! (I personally didn't like the movie though, lol XD) I really like how the anime ends and I think the movie was unnecessary, but there's fans who liked it though.

Yes I watched the Rebellion story two times but I don't like it. I consider it a spin off from the anime.
