You might be a bit upset, but they kinda confirmed season 7 and season 8, but they are running low on budget, so both seasons will be less that 10 episodes.

That's one of the benefits for the show doing its own thing and not necessarily following the books, no one knows what they're gonna do so I'm interested to see what's gonna go down in the final season whenever that is
