i especially find it hard to keep the other eye look natural i don't know..why... anyway

No problem - also a handy trick in digital art is to just select or lasso the eye you like and copy/ paste it then voila, you have a second eye. Can be a bit tricky when a lot of details or eye lashes, but the general shape and size would be the same, though. Hope you find a way that works for you. Practice stinks!

Yis! i've been playing around with lasso tool lately... they sure are very handy and the pen tool which fills shapes with colors!
this is why we use the word "Play" instead of practice now.. Yieh!
