Well do you still like the show itself or is it about the normal fandom ?
That happens to me. I like the show but being in the fandom stresses me out sometimes. Yours might be different but I can still understand you in both ways

Honestly, I don't like the show that much anymore.
I just noticed a lot of issues with the series as I got older.
Just grew out of it.
I feel the same about the Sonic and the BnHA fandom.
I love their respective franchises, but the fandoms are a pain!
They claim that certain pairings are canon when they're not and make every single character gay for no reason.
Don't get me wrong, I don't hate gay people, I'm just sick of people reducing certain characters to disgusting stereotypes that don't even align with their personality.
So basically, I hate yaoi.

You're absolutely right, I think the same. Yaoi just ruins fandoms and makes people hate the characters.
I had this issue a lot. I respect gay people of course, it's sad that some people think hating yaoi is homophobia stereotypes are absolutely bad!

Yeah, yaoi isn't even for gay people.
It's mainly straight girls that fangirl about two hot guys making out while in a dysfunctional relationship, which I think is gross!
All these yaoi pairings either have no chemistry, or are plain unhealthy (sometimes even both).
I just try to stay out of drama as much as I can.
