NO worries on taking your time, I'm obviously not one to complain! I haven't been on da at ALL in ages! Just busy and working and spending more time focusing on my girlfriend and such than the internet. Ah well, I'm trying to be more attentive to all areas.

I'm a lot more involved with my boyfriend than the internet, at this point. But he never goes back to his place. I need to clean the apartment but I don't even want to.

I'm totally with you, I can never get chores done because I just want to chill with my girlfriend and when I'm not home she doesn't do any because she misses me.

Well I've moved, and am getting better with the cleaning thing. So that's helping. And my poor fish have survived the trauma of a lot of water changes. So hopefully it's going to be cleaner and grow less algae.

Okay. I am moving back to WA in May, and will probably need a job and a place to live with a roommate, but it has to be pet friendly seeing as how we have 3 dogs and 3 cats (but we might be able to lie about the kitties) we are looking to rent a house or condo ..maybe rent to own just so that we have an easier time with the pets, and not making the landlord so nervous...
annd. I'm not in school, so that helps.
Your turn to update me a bit, and I will attempt to update you better on what's going on here.

Where in Seattle will you be moving? I live near Seattle with my girlfriend and cat. Rent to own is a fun option because once you own it, you can sell or rent it if you want to move and it'd be added income if you rent it out.
Well, I'm not sure what we talked about before so I'm not sure what to update! Just told said I live with my girlfriend and our cat. I work as a security guard, I just got a raise in January and using my taxes for debts/bills though my girlfriend and I might or might not move in May. Maybe not since it seems like it would be hard to get enough money in time for fees and deposits etc. Might possibly switch to a one bedroom in the same complex if it isn't too expensive since they also charge some fees or something for the switch. I've been trying to work on my writing more lately though I'm not sure if I'll post it here or not. >_>

Dunno yet but I'm about ready to GTFO here. I'm hating life more and more and more.
But yeah, I would like to rent to own, and I'm about ready to bail as soon as possible.
I need to get my taxes done soon.
But I guess my life update is that I was/am being harassed by my ex. So that's not fun at all.
Um, second update is that I got injured at work -no big deal honestly it's minor at best.
And third is that as per usual in life, no one likes me

yeah thanks. I need to see if I can scan them in for my dad so he can do it. WE're both scared I'm going to OWE taxes.
Yep. I had to get a restraining order today. And I got it no questions asked. My dad was like "no follow up hearing?" and i was like "Nope". Cause he does this all the time.
But I sprained both knee and ankle. And for the first time like, cried in PT because I had literally less than 3 hours of sleep, all the bullshit with the restraining order, all the bullshit at work, and then it hurt SO much worse than I thought it was going to.
No, I mean like it seems ilke every time i think I have a friend i don't.

He took care of it without even telling me. Nice of him and all, but confusing.
And in May.
Any ideas on housing with pets? or a place i could get a job?
And it's absolutely fine, and no. I haven't bothered to do any of it, and no one's cared, so that works out okay I Guess.

KyoukiSaru In reply to DeanWinchester [2013-03-23 09:53:43 +0000 UTC]
Tsk, confusing, but I suppose it's ok he got it done at least.
Well, if you're ok with security, you could apply for my company www.nwss.com and the apartments I'm moving out of allow pets, but do have a deposit, I forget how much. Look up Garden Pointe Apartments. Though I think there a lot up around here that are ok with pets, search on craigslist (jobs on there too) or www.rent.com (cool site cause they pay you $100 if you rent from a place through them).
Beyond that, I think you should do the physical therapy and other appointments. No one might say anything, but they don't usually assign that stuff for no reason, it's to make sure you recover properly so there aren't complications/problems from it down the road. -concerned-

Yeah. I have no idea what we were talking about getting done here. lol. Oh, dad and taxes? Maybe? Yeah.
I would be. Would they be hiring come May? I will need a job probably May 15th or May 20th starting. Not sure yet, and could you maybe help me get int he door? I have no problem shooting a gun, if it's that kind of security. I was/am a good shot the 2 times I've had to shoot.
Okay, so I looked at your place, it's a touch out of the way of where we want to live, and I might not be making double the rent, but the deposit is fairly reasonable if we can convince them to let us have as many animals as we do, the floor plan is larger and it's less expensive.
are any of the utilities covered? it says internet, but I'm guessing you pay for it, or is it included? the website kinda sucks, but it looks REALLY nice in the photos (our photos even look kinda ghetto)
But we can take a look for sure.
and, yeah, I don't have time or pain or suffering to do it. No car and I have to constantly rely on my friends to take me. And since I haven't gone in so long and no one gave a shit I kind of feel like maybe it's too late to try and go back.

KyoukiSaru In reply to DeanWinchester [2013-03-26 09:56:36 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, it was taxes@ getting done
I don't know for sure, but I think we tend to get more contracts in the summer. I can't guarantee they'll be hiring, but you could try and I'm ok with you using me as a reference for sure. www.nwss.com is the site so you can check it out ahead of time, but it's a paper application. Thankfully at the best times, it can be a same day interview. It's unarmed security actually, we just carry big maglight flashlights and they train us to use them for defense. The job is about 70% customer service, 20% roves/patrols and maybe 10% trouble, at least that's how it's been at most of the sites I've worked. It's decent and base pay is $11.83 or something I think, don't quote me on that.
Where did you want to live? It is a little out of the way from most places, but it's also right on the 131 bus line to get down to a grocery street not too far as well a good shot into Seattle. And the 128 to White Center where the 120 and some other buses run is down at the end of the block. So at least it's connected by transit.
If there are issue, they might still rent to you even if you don't have the right income/other issues, though I'm not promising anything though. I have bad credit, I just had to pay extra deposit that they split out over the length of most of the lease. The places are fairly spacey and come with w/d, fireplace, good size patio/balcony with outside storage and some have pantry space and dishwasher.
The utilities aren't covered, but the water/sewer/garbage bill is lumped together and paid through the apartments though the company is separate and it averages around $70-80 though it can be $90 at times, but it depends on how many other people live in the building since it's averaged out by that factor. Electric is separate though it sounds like it'd be worth it for you to apply for a discount rate like I did so my bill got sliced in half at least.
I don't know about the animals, but you can at least ask! They have a facebook, but there is also either of these emails: gardenpointe@alliedgroup.net gardenpointe@alliedresidential.com
I'll be moving out in a few weeks, but I won't be terribly far away at SW 134th St and Ambaum Blvd. So there could still be visits sometimes. Garden Pointe Apartments aren't perfect, but they are a pretty good starter place and the maintenance staff is good/fairly prompt and definitely responsive in emergencies. Heck if you're looking for two bedrooms, maybe you'll get ours and be right above one of the office workers who is super friendly and helpful.
I don't think it would be too late, but I understand it being hard to manage. If you went even a little and they gave you any exercises or things to do in between sessions, maybe at least keep up with those for a while? Full time employees with my company can get medical/dental/vision insurance so maybe if you get hired, you could get checked up and be sure you're all right from all that then.

Spacey as all heck apparently! I didn't realize how severely I've neglected DA. >_>; Also busy and stressed and anxious around being ok and even good every so often. Especially the past year since started seeing my boyfriend's mom basically every day since her stroke April 10th. I hope they get better. Finding a job right now is tough; hopefully, something will come your way soon.
What kind of user name were you thinking about going with? Not sure what you're interested as far as if you want a fandom name or something original.
I'm okay. Doing better, I think >.>
Not sure yet. Classes have been going okay I guess. I feel swamped with homework, though. I think the second half of the semester will be better. At least I'm hoping it is.

KyoukiSaru In reply to caidanu [2011-02-09 07:20:11 +0000 UTC]
Well, no job, but if my friend gets this large chunk of money she's expecting then she will probably lend me enough money to pay off my debts/etc; that way it'd help my credit and make it easier on me in general. No more constant letters asking for the money, just one person to owe and no pressure if I can't pay sometimes. I'm excited about that. I'd really like a job, of course. Preferably one I can stick with, but for now just something that pays would be nice.
I don't want a fandom connected name for this one. It's just for my random life burblings and possibly some stories posted, so I just want something more general/interesting. A neat word or phrase within the 16 character limit.
Glad to hear your doing better even you sound dubious about it. lol

Yeah me too! I'll be a few months before she gets the money though. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too high just in case anything happens where she can't get it or lend it to me. ;-; My debt...without complete info...I think is going to be close to $8,000. >_> Not all of it is really my fault. Two large chunks have a heavy hand from my mom in them (unfortunately). Things have changed and if she couldn, I know she'd pay for them, but she can't so....
I wasn't really looking to tie it down to any one interest in particular. Though I suppose if you can come up with anything literary themed, that might work as I love to read and right the most. Really, I'm just hoping for an interesting pairing of words or a phrase. So if you can put random words together, have fun or if you hear something interesting that might work, share that. <3
Alive and kicking is pretty key, I think. lol
