Ok, so my character is a 23 year old male with shoulder length bleach blonde hair with a blue streak in it.
His name is Mirai Shoruko.
Mirai lives with his a friend who's a doctor.
His hobbies consist of wood carving and hanging with his doctor friend.

Mirai has psychic abillities due to a (somewhat) failed science test to see if atoms in the brain can be increased
Mirai considers himself unstable due to his lack of control he has over his abillities,
therefore he thinks he is dangrous and is commonly percived as a loner.

One of the mai reasons his favorite hobby is wood carving, is because he thinks it helps him refine his powers and put them to good use.

Because of a car wreck four years ago, Mirai lost his arm and now has a millitary-grade prosthetic.
The reason he got such a high-grade prosthetic, is because his father was a general in a winning war.
Mirai always wears gloves and lone sleeves because he got made fun of for it in high school.

Mirai is being hunted by gangs of all sizes for his powers.
But they all want him for the same reason.
They want to capture and sell Mirai for his powers.
For that reason, Mirai is constantly training to gain control over his powers and push his mental and physical abilliteis to her limits.

I spent a lot of time on this so I hope you like it!

I’m unclear of what do you intend to do with this OC. Is it for RP? Is it a fanloid? For an original story? Or you don’t have any specific purpose in mind?

Some thoughts:

Shoruko doesn’t seem to an actual Japanese name in popular use (just an FYI, if it’s just a fantasy name, no problems here)

Re: “atoms in the brain can be increased”. Maybe you’re thinking of enhanced neurons (that is to say, brain cells)? Or enhanced neuronal connections?  Or you mean literally increase the number of atoms that constitute his brain?

Does he have any issues with his prosthetic arm? What about maintenance? Who’s in charge of that, Mirai or his doctor friend?
