About my account, to be honest, I'm not sure what happened. One day it just didn't want to upload pictures, edit my old pictures, send notes, journals or comments so I was stuck with only liking and giving watch to people. I contacted DA staff and after probably like 4 days, one of them replied that they made some new security system that probably didn't let my email address pass so my account was blocked by 404 error. They suggested to change my email, I did that... 2 times with 2 very different addresses. I even made new account with another 2 email addresses and nothing! Even my new account didn't work at all! So I've send another email where I described everything I've already tried so they can help me faster. After a week of no reply, I contacted them again and begged if they've found out something new. It's been more than 2 weeks since they first and probably also last reply so I've asked my boyfriend if I can borrow his account and he was okay with it. So lesson of this story: Just pray that your email address won't suddenly become a spam one because then you're f*cked up... 

Well it's been difficult, I've got a new job that I lost this Thursday because I'm at the hospital right now and they didn't want to take care of all those papers around my hospital stay so they fired me instead. My neighbor is suddenly acting like a b*tch, my little brother has two broken bones and well... stuff happened. I really hope you're doing much better, Jina! And also thank you so much for still supporting me and asking how I am! You're such a sweetie

Geez, that sounds like a horrible ordeal... dA really needs to get their stuff together bc that sounds like it was a pretty serious issue and they didn't get back to you in a timely manner and even when they did, they didn't even try to help you ix the issue that they caused in the first place. 

WTF what is wrong with them?? And why are you at the hospital?? I hope your brother gets better soon and hopefully your neighbor will leave you alone and be bitch in their house instead of to you. Things have been going well for me.

It's really no problem! I enjoy your characters and love seeing what you do with them! And friends support each other and help each other through tough times. Hopefully things will start to look up for you soon~

It was and still is a serious issue, I really don't understand why they can't take better care of their users better but well, I'm just glad I could use this old account of my boyfriend because the new "Eclipse" version honestly sucks so much! I couldn't do anything there, that's how much chaotic it is! .___. To be honest, I don't even expect another answer because if they really wanted to help me, they would already send anything. Even if that person was on vacation or something, he could give my email to another person or something. I don't care about them anymore, I just hope this account will work. 

Some mental issues, it's been two very rough weeks so I just mentally broke. Yup, my brother is luckier than I am so he's doing fine, he has some wires in his hand but he will be fixed in a month! Glad to hear that you've been doing okay! At least some good news! 

Awww, I really want to give you the biggest hug I can! Especially for your status update, I even cried a big because that was the sweetest thing!    Thank you so much for everything, Jina! I can't even describe how much everything you did means to me, you lovely angel~

You'd think they'd care more about the people who support them and keep their website from dying :/ But then again, something similar happened to another friend of mine. She hadn't used her account in a few months but she was leaving it open for commissions specifically. Deviantart decided to deactivate all the accounts that were "dead" and her account got included in that. She tried to get her account back but they wanted her birth certificate to prove her age for her to get it back. She didn't want to show them her birth certificate (bc she's technically not old enough to be on dA and she felt that it was an invasion of privacy) so she just made a new one. 

Really, dA needs to start treating their customers with more respect and be better about customer service instead of just ignoring what they say and not helping them when they ask for it. 

I'm really sorry to hear that bby. I hope things will get better for you soon and you can start feeling better mentally as well. It really sucks when your mind isn't in a good place. 

Awww, I'm glad it brightened your day some! It's really no problem. Your characters, ships, and art should be appreciated by more people. Really, I didn't think I'd ever like a Tomura ship, but damn, you pulled it off.

Yeah, I thought that too until this happened. Now I don't believe they will help you if something serious happens. Gosh I'm so sorry to hear about your friend's account, that also sounds dang awful! >_< And they have no rights for that! Her birth certificate and other important documents shouldn't be shown just for fun. Also what does her age have to do with getting her account back? -__- Seriously, DA staff is just ah...

It really sucks. They don't even try to hide how little they care about their users. My friend is technically under the age of 13, which is against the rules of dA, but she was only a few months away from turning 13. I think they wanted to check and be sure she was the correct age, but I think it was dumb of them to take away her account and then ask for evidence from her rather than fixing the issue. 

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that bby. Life can be pretty rough sometimes. Honestly, I didn't know how a Shigaraki ship could really work until I saw yours. I'll look forward to the spam! 

I'm currently working on a new dragon gal. once I finish her up, I'm going to begin the third chapter of Speed and rewrite the first two as well
