I assume you're referring to this pixel ? The original artist was surlaluna. She deactivated her account about six years ago. Before she left, she gave me permission to reupload her pixels the Sailor Moon group I was part of, so that other people in the community could continue to use and enjoy her pixels. I don't do any pixel artwork myself, so I can't do pixel commissions at all. Sorry

Sorry for such a belated reply...

I think she looks pretty good, the only thing I would suggest is perhaps changing the color of her shirt, since it blends together with the skin-color of her toon form.
