hi it seems the poem has a good start , i would try and develop the theme further such as what drives hate, what is the cause and effect e.g wars, crime, violence, effect on peoples mental health .etc. perhaps you are relating to an emotion of anger/bitterness, perhaps locked inside. or perhaps you are relating to people with no/less empathy or respect for others, however it depends on context. I am sure there are places which have different rates of disrespect/bitterness/ill-will but generally speaking most people are polite so it depends on how you betray it. not many people actively hate for no reason and often have empathy/mannors, but maybe perhaps in the circumstance of revenge/retaliation to the world around them, ill-will or regarding being respectful. 

However interestingly your poem seems to be an enthusiastic approach to the theme and portrays the theme well, it is well structured and easy to read. my advice would be to work on the narrative of your poem or to carry on developing the story, perhaps think of an underlying message, or what you aim to achieve for the poem  

Having said this the poem is concise, easy to read and well structured. I like where this story is heading. Good Luck and have fun in your explorative writing
