You have a wonderful writing style I wish I was that good. You doΒ a very good job avoiding to many clichΓ©s. I have had ideas for a story where a character either becomes or reveals their lycanthropy to a loved one but they simply do not believe that it's real and are convinced that it's a hallucination. My family does have a history of schizophrenia and I've always though that the most frightening thing about becoming a werewolf/ discovering werewolves would be proving that it was real. Not sure if I should give this a go myself or get it commissioned since most of my attempts at writing fail miserably. Does it sound like it has potential?

Thanks. The character development in the more recent chapters of wolf boy was particularly good in my mind. I'll probably try it myself first since I'm not sure it's a good idea for me to spend money on a commissions in the current situation.

I just wanted to wish you the best on what sounds like a major life-change that you've already undertaken. I know how hard it can be to leave the safety and security of the life we know and try something entirely different. I admire anyone who decides to listen to that inner voice that never has to ponder whether a decision or action is "right" or "wrong". In our heart of hearts, we always know.

I apologize for this message being so late here, but I wanted to say thank you for your meaningful comment here. My decision has resulted in a lot of good entering my life, not only for my mental and physical well-being, but also in the ability to take the time to explore many other things I had been interested in but unfortunately had to put on the backburner in pursuing due to my time being obligated to my previous work. There have certainly been new challenges to face, some still ongoing, but I'm thankful that each day I get to wake up and try and meet those challenges as best I can.
I know that I've been absent on my various pages for a while as I've been getting things settled and now that I feel like I am in a good mental place, I intend to be starting up new creative content here to share with all of you. It does take courage to listen to one's inner voice as you mentioned, and I can tell you that it's one of the scariest things in the world, but conquering those fears we have for things in life is how we grow and get to experience all of what life has to offer us. Thanks for being a part of my journey, even in this little way. Reading this put a smile on my face and meant a lot to me.

Publication on Wolf Boy is still a ways off, but with all of the support I have received for the project, I feel very confident in moving forward with it. If you haven't already and would like to check out "The Wilderness" to check out more stories and potentially pledge your support towards projects like Wolf Boy, that would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping that when the time comes for Wolf Boy to be published that I will be able to do something special for all of my patrons at that point like giving them the ability to order exclusive signed copies of the book, etc.

Do you have a story about that collab, ''Repercussions'', that you and RussellTuller made?

Only the text that is with the image constitutes the "story" of the piece. We wanted to try and leave the story behind the image open to viewer interpretation. Is the man that's transforming a hunter? Did he view the wolf as an ill-omen? Was it completely by accident? I love the idea of the viewer filling in the details of the story with whatever resonates most for them and it seemed a perfect fit for Russell's simple backgrounds that promote creative interpretation as well. If you'd like more writing from me based around that kind of subject in the future, I'd be happy to consider sharing more of that work here on my page.
