Hello there. I am sorry to bother you but I am trying to help spread around this petition to save the animated show Star Wars The Clone Wars. As you might have already heard, the show has been cancelled as of Disney's aquistion of the Star wars franchise. While I believe this is a long shot, people right now are trying to persuade disney not to cancel the show and allow them to continue creating everything they had originally planned. It is said that they had plans to take the show to an eight season if possible. For the sake of continuity in the Star Wars universe, as well as a good show, I ask you to sign the petition below to help save the Clone Wars. You don't have to sign up for any program or anything, just give them your name and zip code. If you do not care for the show or are not interested, that is alright. Thank you for you time.

I actually have several issues with the Clone Wars and stopped after Season 2. Still I know Dave Filoni has done better in subsequent seasons and it has a large following. The thing is that I'm sure Disney is planning on having the Clone Wars and/or other cartoons and such after they solidify their hold on the formerly Lucas held companies and... well... clean house.

I agree with Disney actions along with their claim that they wish to reboot/launch Star Wars with their new trilogy. To do this, they need more of a clean slate and seriously... Star Wars NEEDS a clean slate, away from the current mediocre or even sub-par basis of stories and characters (yes it IS better than the Prequels, but that's not much of a step up really).
