I'm beyond psyched! Sorry it took me forever, I've been so busy I haven't been able to keep up with most of my social media

Same. I recently made the mistake of downloading tik tok on my phone as a joke with my cousin, and now I have a new obsession XD

Keep it up, it's way too easy to get sucked in. Although, it's great for a laugh on a bad day

Slightly trippy, but they foreshadowed quite well. Poor Gregor. I was actually a bit surprised the rebels blew that ship up since that's a pretty high violence threshold for the series.Β
And Rex on Endor is fully cannon now. Β
Kanan and Hera's kid looks a bit strange, but I'm glad they had a kid, even if they weren't married. Not much time for a wedding.Β

Yeah, I think they did a good job with it. I teared up when Gregor died, that was rough lol. I wasn't very surprised tbh, because I seem to recall an early episode where the rebels had been sabotaging some speeder bikes and when the imperials found out they had one of the characters drive it until it blew him up...so that was pretty violent....
I'm so happy Rex made it to Endor. I really want to know what happened to him and Wolffe after though. They didn't show up at all, and they weren't mentioned along the lines of what they could be doing now.Β
I totally agree about the kid, that made me so happy and I wasn't expecting it, though I do agree, his design is a little funky....

Rebel-Rider In reply to Jedi-Cowgirl [2018-03-06 23:47:55 +0000 UTC]
They can go dark when they want, true.Β
Well, we know Rex made it at least. Wolfe would be pretty easy to "hide" since it's not like he's a Jedi or something.
Yep. I guess that's what happens when a couple species mix, though I liked the design of Cut's adopted kids a lot better. I find it interesting that Rebels realized they should have a character who was killed off have a kid, but it seems like the sequel trilogy can't figure that out.Β
I wonder what kind of series they'd do next. They've left some openings, especially with Ahsoka.Β

Yep. I'm so glad we got to see the troopers again, that made me happy. Agreed on Cut's adopted kids, they were so cute.Β
I'm really excited to see what kind of pain they'll torture us with next XD And it was awesome getting to see Ahsoka again, I hope they do more with her soon.

I hope so too. She's pretty cool.
I'm not sure how I feel about the time travel thing. I think it opens a few too many doorways.Β

Jedi-Cowgirl In reply to Rebel-Rider [2018-03-07 00:45:30 +0000 UTC]
True, but on one hand, I think they handled it super well. I was pretty much expecting to have Kanan be brought back. And it's also pretty hard to get those time doors open, so I feel like maybe it won't be a very big deal.

Rebel-Rider In reply to Jedi-Cowgirl [2018-03-07 00:48:10 +0000 UTC]
They did decently making it so they're still saying, "We can't bring everyone back." I do wonder what Vader thought had happened.Β

Then again things were confusing in there, so it's hard to know how much he saw with stuff collapsing.Β

Rebel-Rider In reply to Jedi-Cowgirl [2018-03-07 01:02:43 +0000 UTC]
I actually wasn't surprised when Ezra didn't save Kanan. It would've been opening too big of a door to the time travel possibilities.Β
I think Rebels has some stuff that's much better executed than the Sequel films.Β

I really wasn't shocked he didn't, but I was still betting on Kanan making some miraculous return.Β

I think he's dead and likely gone for good. I'd be surprised if he even showed up again as a force ghost.Β

Jedi-Cowgirl In reply to Rebel-Rider [2018-03-07 01:10:21 +0000 UTC]
Oh I'm sure of it now. And I feel that you're right on that, since he's got a kid, I doubt he'll be around "haunting" his family lol

Rebel-Rider In reply to Jedi-Cowgirl [2018-03-07 01:13:19 +0000 UTC]
Yep, I think the kid's a pretty sure sign he's gone for good. Kind of sad. He would've made a great dad. Hera will make a good mom though.Β
Oh my, I just realized, that kid is a couple years older than Kylo.Β
