It may be suprising but actually if I take the creepiness, I like Laughing Jack the most. Ticci Toby is also pretty interesting though not that scary. (tbh this could be asked like which character do I consider the least clichΓ© 
Otherwise, mostly, I like the story. My favourites are Silent Ponyville, Russian Sleep Experiment or Anansi's Goatman
