He does have paw pads. I haven't exactly decided what type of pads he has (if they would be how you drew them or a different type), but those are absolutely too cute, so regardless you don't need to change them!
His paw pads and tongue are the same color as his wings and cheeks.

Nope! I've never made any tutorials before.
I'm not sure if I ever would though, to be honest? I'm not really sure how I'd go about it since my drawing process isn't super straightforward (there's a lot of erasing and scooting and resizing parts). I'll think about it though and if I get a chance to I'll let you know! ^^
