Basically yes, it's just 10 random questions listed on the link that you can choose to answer or not. You can answer them in any way you desire.

If you want, I can try to explain the questions which you're not quite sure on what they mean. I can do it either on the journal itself or notes.

Unfortunately, I can't translate [I only know english and spanish. No real knowledge of French except for some minor words. And that it has some similarities to spanish.]
