You really surprised me! You know, in positive way.
It's alright. Pixels can be pretty tricky and take some time to get used to. It's all about practice, really.

Never had done any tutorials, so it sure is mess. Hopefully it makes some sense, though.
Luckily I still had Firealpaca file with all layers! And it is actually your character!
There probably is many different methods of making pixel works. This is just my way. I however tried to explain some parts of the process.

I've read through it and wow, thank you so much for putting this together! I downloaded the tutorial so i can use it when i decide to try it.

I like the tutorial since it's just very clear. You know, some tutorials are very messy and full with bright colors and characters and i just can't concentrate on that. Also it's very fun to see your tutorial is indeed with my character!
Again thanks a lot for helping, i will try it out as soon as possible and i'll show you some results (if it works out for me lol) :>
